1. Requirement Analysis and Project Management

First and foremost, we need to tackle with Customers/Users who are using the system/software we gonna build, modify, or add new features by any means whichever interviewing, on site investigation, questionaires, and other possible means need. to make ourselves clear about What we are gonna build, Why they need it, and When does they want it.

After that, we will do Requirement Analysis and create Master plan , in these processes we need to get back and forth with the Customers/Users to make the final requirements.

The document we need to communicate with Customers/Users are as follow, for example.

1. Master plan, Resource allocation, and Budget

2. Technology to use with comparison

3. Purpose requirements we get which we can show like text description and diagrams, example diagrams are below.
